Handling Human Capital Function for end-to-end process in the business unit of Sinar Mas Land.- Make sure all Human Capital SOP and Procedures are implemented as company regulations.
- Coordinate with Human Capital Corporate for Process and reporting.
- As a Human Capital Business partner, work and coordinate with all business leaders; help and support operational business needs to achieve company goals and targets.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Major.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Human Capital as Coordinator or Assistant Manager.
- Having Good Communication and leadership skill.
- Able to work with a target, effectively, as a team or individual.
- Learning agility and good business acumen.
- Willing to be placed in ITC Mangga Dua
