We are looking for an experienced
Telesales Manager to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.


What you'll do:


  • Lead and motivate a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve individual and team performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base.
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through proactive communication and exceptional service.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics and trends.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed about industry developments.

What you should have:


  • 35 years of experience in telesales or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in telesales or telephonebased sales roles, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • Experience in training, coaching, and mentoring sales staff to improve performance and achieve targets.
  • Ability to identify sales challenges and develop effective solutions to overcome them.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize team performance.
