Deskripsi

Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements

Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience

Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, user documentation and developer guides

Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of products

Masters in utilizing the appropriate pictures / diagrams / charts to describe complex processes in a simplified manner

Write, format, edit, review and proof procedural and technical information for technical and non technical users

Assist in planning, scheduling and tracking documentation work to meet product release dates and user deliverables

Publish and maintain templates for written documentation produced by others (technical specifications, RFP responses, etc), ensuring a consistent "look and feel"

Maintain document versioning
Fresh graduate/ at least 1 year industry experience as an effective technical writer

Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics

Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences

Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail

Experience working with engineering to improve user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content

Firm understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC)

Previous software development experience is highly preferred
