HR Supervisor

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management or Economics.
Minimum 5 years of work experience in manpower planning & recruitment, learning & development and performance management areas.
Have professional work experience related to corporate university and/or corporate training centre management.
Have strong analytical ability and high attention to details.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

Main Job Description:

Human resource planning and its activities.
Assist and facilitate in learning centre development plan.
Assist, coordinate and collaborate with other departments and/or subsidiaries and/or affiliates (related to human resource activities).
Managing HR administrative works.
