We have central support functions of Human Resources, IT, Finance, Legal, Marketing & Innovation in the Rentokil Initial Head Office locations and in the Country.

Working within our function departments, you would be supporting all of our businesses.


Responsibilities:


  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
  • Identify and map human resource needs to support related department business strategy
  • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department and make a gap analysis of required job competence versus actual conditions, discuss it with People Services to upgrade capability development
  • Identify key employees (talent) in related departments and discuss them with the Line Manager for the preparation of the development program. Together with People Services, develop a retention strategy for key employees (talents).
  • Prepare and coordinate the preparation of career planning and succession plans together with the Line Manager
  • Provide recommendations to Line Managers in the career development process such as promotion, transfer, demotion, and training programs with reference to PDR results.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Collaborate with Industrial and Employee Relations Officers in developing programs that can foster and enhance a sense of togetherness and strengthen teamwork. Together, arrange "manages out strategy" for employees who are categorized as "dead wood".
  • Assist the Line Manager in following up on the action plans made based on the results of the YVC survey.
  • Helping the HR Director to complete projects/other tasks related to HR.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

Requirements:

S1 Management/Psychology/Finance/Business Administration (or any related major)

Have min 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or as an HRBP

Excellent in English both Verbal and Written

Good communication skills (verbal and written) at all levels

Have knowledge of budget preparation and management

Understand strategy and business processes

Having knowledge in making gap analysis

Ability to make presentations

Ability to provide coaching

Ability to work with little supervision

Have skills in providing solutions (problem-solving)

Having knowledge of HR Strategy/Processes (Talent Attraction, Development, and Retention)
