What You Will Do:

Reviews customer accounts and portfolios to identify, evaluate, and determine the appropriate course of action on potential credit quality issues, while minimizing risk and maximizing credit quality.
Ensure adherence to the laid down policies and procedures for the smooth running of the division.
Providing valuable feedback on current procedures and policies, identifying areas for improvement or enhancement.
Identifying potential risks and implementing effective solutions to mitigate them.
Developing and implementing credit strategies, policies, standard operating procedures, and guidelines to optimize credit operations.
Validating the collateral offered for loans to ensure its authenticity and value.
Generating informative data reports to fulfill inquiry requirements.

Collaborating closely with relationship managers and other departments to streamline processes and enhance communication.

What We Are Looking For:

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in credit analysis and/or credit marketing within esteemed banking institutions in reputable banks.
Domicile in Jakarta area (This position is Full Work From Office (WFO) and based in Menara Prima, Kuningan
Jakarta).
Strong proficiency in credit analysis and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Indepth knowledge of credit analysis, credit administration, credit policy and procedures, and risk analysis.
Ability to interpret financial statements effectively.
Attention to detail.
Prior experience in multifinance, peertopeer lending, or banking industries is highly desirable.
