Job summary
The Business Compliance Advisor advises the Business and Infrastructure teams about Compliance-related matters. He/she is responsible for the following tasks: support DSI management and employees of DSI in understanding and managing the application of Deutsche Bank's ethical standards and professional principles general compliance with the relevant laws, rules, regulations directives and DB Group standards across the activities and business operating model of the assigned country that fall under the Compliance risk types prevention escalation of issues incidents breaches relating to Compliance implementation maintenance of adequate policies procedures with clarity accountability ownership across first second lines defence ensure such documents support local management staff complying all related legal regulatory obligations applicable their activities report regularly relevant DSI management board shareholders equivalent local committee indicating whether any significant risk exposures material incidents non-compliance identified appropriate measures taken address gaps deficiencies Undertake actively involved proactive reactive management escalation all Compliance risks issues breaches conducting risk assessments monitor test compliance laws rules internal controls agreed policy methodology report manage findings or issues support manageme...Deskripsi pekerjaan
