Job summary
Financial Leadership & Strategy Lead and oversee all financial operations for the property business in Indonesia Act as the key finance representative in dealings with the Joint Venture Partner Provide strategic financial insights to support business expansion project development and investment decisions Ensure financial governance aligns with the Hiring Company's policies and standards Accounting Reporting & Controls Oversee full sets of accounts month-end closing and financial reporting Ensure timely submission of management reports to Head Office Maintain strong internal controls risk management and regulatory compliance Lead external audits statutory reporting and liaise with auditors tax agents and authorities Budgeting Forecasting & Performance Management Lead annual budgeting periodic forecasting exercises Monitor financial performance identify variances recommend corrective actions Support project cash flow analysis cost control profitability tracking Oversee cash flow management banking facilities financing arrangements Manage funding requirements for property development projects Work closely with JV partner on financing structures capital deployment Stakeholder & JV Management Act as main finance liaison with Joint Venture Partner Present financial results risks recommendations to stakeholders Protect Hiring Companies interests within JV structure Requirements Minimum years of working experience in finance preferably within property real estate construction industry Proven experience at Senior Manager Head Finance DGM level Strong exposure in environments project financing stakeholder management Bachelor Degree in Accounting Finance related field Professional qualification ACCA CPA CIMA ICAEW equivalent strongly preferred Show more Show less
