Monitor all collection activities under their coordination and provide guidance to achieve better NPL targets and Flow Rate performance across all buckets.
Provide regular refreshment training and coaching to all collection teams covering collection skills negotiation techniques skip tracing problem loan resolution management.
+Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the collection field either in banking or other financial institutions.
