Job Description
-• Manage end-to-end (E2E) people processes (hiring, onboarding, capability improvement, offboarding)
Employee coverage:
third party labour supporting Karawang plant across all departments.
- Lead capability improvement programs for third party workers through a series of training initiatives,
- Monitor and manage general facilities to ensure fulfilment of management requirements and compliance with hygiene and quality standards.
