+ Assist tenants in ensuring continued operational support by managing tenant issues related to complaints.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for permits (work permits, goods entry and exit).
- Carry out tenant pull-out and handover or unit return processes when tenants close.
- Collecting and reporting visitor numbers (daily, weekly, and monthly) to the Mall Marcomm relevant divisions.
