About the role:

Set objectives for ops finance team aligned with overall finance departments targets and KPIs

Oversee all 3rd party payment on daily basis & maintain the daily report

Act as a mediator/bridge between 3rd parties (customer/merchant/bank) Vs Krom internal departments on solving settlement/transactions issues

Organize records of the finance ops transactions

Manage a daily reconciliations process

Provide weekly/monthly reconciliations data to ensure accounting booking reflects the correct nature of transactions

Support finance team on reconciliation/analysis needed for closing period purpose

Support other ad hoc data required by management

About you:

Have experience in start-up finance operations and or banking operations (2-3 years)

Working in start-up company or banking minimum 4 years

Excellent in Microsoft Excel, good command in Microsoft Office

Have a basic understanding of data query

Have experience in creating SOP and policies

Fluent in english and bahasa

Work well independently and with team
