PT Medifa Infoyasa Suryantara with the branding "
DoctorTool" is one of the most innovative and providing primary health care provider system that currently have more than 300 partners operating in 26 provinces, including Jabodetabek, Central Java, East Java, and West Java also out of Java Island.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with engineering, Sales & Marketing Team in product Development lifecycle;
Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth.
Launch new products and features, evaluate their performance, and iterate quickly.
Creating detailed product requirement specifications, driving a team, defining OKR's and roadmap
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
Capture insights from newly released features, experiments, research, competitive analysis, and data analysis to identify trends and pinpoint the drivers behind them; Translate these insights into tactical solutions to improve the product

Job Qualifications:

At least 4 years of product management experience.
Strong interpersonal communication skill and analytical skills;
Smart and fast learner, creative and proactive under less supervision;
Able to explore and study technologies related assignments;
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Experienced in development with agile methods
