Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a
Multinational Consumer Electronics company. Our respected client is seeking for
Consumer Marketing Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Communication strategy through right media strategy and impacted to business and market share
Manage the portfolio products and channel relevant with local consumer needs
Manage P&L with control and monitoring on A&P spend, Other Fixed Selling Expenses and manage Integral Gross Margin to achieve company KPI's
Manage third party to support business such as Creative agency, research agency, KOL etc
Leads the localization of SourceofBusiness (SOB) and of Target Audience
Supports identification of locally relevant consumer insights
Selects local portfolio and is responsible for forecasting rolling 18month horizon along with local line charts
Plans A&P (incl. ROI) and owns local endtoend activation to ensure consistency across brands & channels
Owns New Product Introduction (NPI) presentations, plus any internal and external trainings
Owns the local marketing activation plan including 12 months integrated media calendar with ROI
Catalogues key learnings incl. audience, creative and platform performance

Qualifications:

At least 710 years' professional experience in Marketing
Fluent in both verbal and written English
Knowledge in digital marketing, media planning, online sales, business management
Preferably with FMCG background, with a consumer
