Handling of inquiries, orders up to invoicing, coordination of deliveries and returns, handling of consignment stock orders and charging thereof, invoicing managing receivables including reminders etc.
Monitoring of contract conditions, payment terms and sales figures as well as accruals for bonus
Handling credit notes, bonus, statistics, market

- and customer analyses

Claims management and coordination with technical and sales managers
Continuous customer data management / Active participation in maintaining customer contact
Support to the sales and technology managers handling and coordinating a variety of situations
Customer correspondence, also in foreign languages incl. reporting
Sales Measures (e. g. price increase) are aligned

Price calculations / preparations - coordination of prices within customer group

Preparing and sending quotations
Managing the returnable containers.
Preparation of sales presentations under direction of sales managers/technology managers
Organization of meetings / events
Project work as required
