Deskripsi

Translate service requirements into service models (templates) and/or workflows for automatic provisioning of Cloud service

Responsible for creation of software that meets targeted requirement for the templating, packaging, deploying, and optimizing Cloud service

Responsible Cloud service design documentation

Responsible for verifying that Cloud services meet Cloud Organization and Enterprise policies and standards (e.g., information security, data handling, PCI, encryption)

Ensure accurate Cloud data feeds / sources into measurement tool(s)

Contribute to Service Catalog maintenance including mechanisms for making the Service Catalog capabilities available to users

Run compliance and auditing reports in collaboration with Reporting Specialists

Support Application team to troubleshoot or provide clarifications on Cloud service

Participate in postmortems and document issue impact and lessons-learned to ensure that problems dont repeat

Contribute to and participate in required Agile ceremonies and artifacts

Operational Specialty:

Understand the impact on business services in order to develop and maintain the event, incident and problem management process and procedures

Perform regular reviews of live and development environments to identify trends or underlying issues that result in problems

Support Cloud Operations in the solution of major events, incidents and problems

Review logging, monitoring and alerts standards operational metrics, alarm mechanisms, runbooks/documentation for each service, in collaboration with Cloud Architecture and Cloud Operations team

Performs issues triage as Level 2 support if the issues cannot be resolved by Cloud Operations team

Perform issues diagnosis and route the incident to the relevant resolver group including AWS and other Cloud providers (Azure, GCP) Enterprise Support as required
2+ scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell, etc.)

2+ tool frameworks (e.g., Chef, Puppet, etc.) Replace with Bank known tools

2+ OS Administration (e.g., Linux, Windows, OS, other)

Experience with modern tools such as MS Azure Replace with Bank known tools

Expertise in multiple version control systems (Git, GitHub, Subversion) Replace with Bank known tools

Experience in cloud-native and infra-as-code patterns

Experience in API & command line systems and programming

Experience in service delivery lifecycle (development, configuration, testing, deployment)

Experience with Agile methodologies

Experience with AWS and other Cloud providers (Azure, GCP) CloudFormation and/or Terraform

Intermediate experience with assets and logical Cloud provisioning and configuration methods

Understanding of Service Organizations and the impact of deployment on Cloud configuration
