Qualifications:


  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years' experience in creative agency and/or social media for a global enterprise organization
  • Strong team player with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships crossfunctionally with countries and HQ
  • Exceptional digital marketing skills
  • Experience in B2C and B2B marketing
  • Proven success in crafting and launching brand and media campaigns with tangible outcomes aligned to the marketing and business strategy
  • Strong attention to detail, accountability, and followthrough with excellent endtoend project management skills
  • Exceedingly strong communication skills across all organisational levels and diverse cultures
  • Leads with integrity and professionalism
  • Solid understanding of sales motions, priorities, and interlock
  • Ability to navigate a complex matrix organisation
  • Account based marketing experience is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building and managing creative campaigns, social media handles and processes
  • Experience working on and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with project management, social listening, publishing and analytics tools (e.
g. Sprinklr, Smartsheets, Talkwalker, etc.)
