Job Descriptions:

  • Plan, develop, implement, and direct the organization's operational and fiscal function and performance
  • Act as a strategic partner by developing and implementing the company's plan for growth
  • Evaluate and advise on the impact of longrange planning
  • Develop credibility for the finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports, and financial trends
  • Enhance and/or develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation
  • Establish credibility throughout the organization and with the Board as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges

Requirements:

  • 58 years in clevel or director support roles with increasing responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field; a master's degree is preferred
  • Extensive experience in leadership roles within the Manufacture industry
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
  • Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills

Salary:
Rp30,000,000 - Rp80,000,000 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
