Data entry and management; customer master data.

Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients.

Monitoring customer accounts.

Providing data and reports to help the sales team.

Support admin all sales dept.

Handles complaints across e-commerce platforms.

Mantain price data & SKP.

Input sample, rafax & PR.
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1);
Have experience as Admin (previous experience in sales admin is highly preferred );
Detail-oriented and good communication skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills.
