- Lead the end-to-end pre-sales process, from requirement analysis to proposal submission.
- Review RFP/RFQ documents, identify technical requirements, and define project scope.
- Collaborate with MEP, Design, Estimation, and Project teams to prepare technical solutions and costing.
- Oversee BOQ development, ensuring accuracy in quantities, specifications, and pricing.
- Develop competitive commercial offers, ensuring alignment with company pricing strategies.
- Conduct client presentations, technical clarifications, and pre-bid meetings.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing, specifications, and product options.
- Ensure all proposals meet compliance, quality, and submission requirements.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, technologies, and competitors within the MEP and Data Center industry.
- Support the Sales/BD team during negotiations and provide technical justification for proposed solutions.
- Work with internal stakeholders to continuously improve proposal templates, cost structures, and value propositions.
- Prepare reports and analysis on win/loss trends to enhance future bid strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in pre-sales, estimation, or engineering within MEP or Data Center projects.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection) and data center infrastructure.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required to communicate effectively.
- Strong capability in BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and cost breakdown analysis.
- Proven experience preparing technical and commercial proposals for construction tenders.
- Excellent skills in proposal writing, presentation, and client communication.
- Strong coordination skills to work with engineers, estimators, procurement, and project teams.
- Good commercial mindset with experience in cost analysis and pricing strategy.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with estimation tools or project management software.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tender deadlines and work under pressure.High attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
