You will play a vital role in driving our business growth by building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions.

By acting as a bridge between our technical team and clients, you will contribute to the success of both our customers and our organization.


Locations:

Surabaya


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and engage potential customers, including cosmetic manufacturers, research laboratories, and beauty product formulators.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors' activities.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that showcase the unique benefits of our ingredients.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical team to provide comprehensive technical support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Build and maintain longterm relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Continuously stay updated with industry advancements and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., pharmacy, chemistry, chemical engineering, biology).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into compelling sales messages.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships with clients.
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven mindset, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and willingness to learn new technologies and industry trends.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.

Salary:
Rp12,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
