As a Sales Manager / Sales Director, you will be responsible for generating leads and sales by managing the sales lifecycle from prospecting to close.
What you will do:
- Identify business expansion opportunities, analyse market potential and target new business of the highest value in Indonesia
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Build effective networks across business areas
- Partner with technical and account management teams
- Deliver high levels of customer relationship management, satisfaction and interaction
Requirements:
- Bachelors' degree or equivalent
- 6 to 8+ years of experience for Sales Director
- We can consider 2 to 6 years of experience for Sales Manager
- Deep understanding of SEA's digital marketing landscape with strong business relationships and strong knowledge of local working cultures
- Demonstrable experience in digital marketing with specific knowledge in performance marketing
- Proven track record working with the major brands directly and also with major advertising/media agencies
- Strong understanding of retargeting will be highly advantageous
- Knowledge of performance marketing, programmatic buying, and RTB model
- Ability to understand customers' needs and requirements and translate these into profitable solutions for both the customers and the company
- Strong influence with exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- An entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to develop the business
- Selfmotivation, initiative, and high energy
- Creative problemsolving skills
- Must speak highly fluent Bahasa language as this person will be interacting regularly with customers in Indonesia; Fluency in English is also required
