Responsibilities:

  • Plans, organizes, directs, controls and coordinates Finance Treasury and Collection programs and activities.
  • Plans, directs, supervises, and coordinates work activities of subordinates and other internal team (such as: operational, sales, legal. procurement and service management) relating to collection and payments matters.
  • Manages, coordinates and controls company all aspects of cash receipt and cash disbursement flow to reach optimum Value.
  • Manages, coordinates and controls all related issues for collection (for example; dispute revenue, long outstanding account receivables, unbilled revenue, audit findings, etc.)
  • Review and Approve the Payment Voucher and release
  • Payments to Vendor and Advance Payment comply to applied SOP/Policy.
  • Report monthly LLD to BI.
  • Review Monthly Bank Reconciliation.
  • Preparing Weekly Cash Flow Balance and Forecast, report to Superior (GM Finance and BOD)
  • Manages relationship with customer, vendor, and other parties (such as bank). having a good communication.
  • Monitoring and controlling monthly aging of outstanding Account Receivables, Account Payables and Advance Payments.
  • Completing other selective tasks given by the Superior.

Salary:
Rp10,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month
