• Stop & report immediately and any anomaly, violation & unsafe practice to Lead HSE and CSR
• Attend and participate in daily Tool Box Talks and Pre-Job Safety Meetings.
• Participate in the regular HSE coordination meeting with CTR.
• Advise and monitor the daily activity of contractors on the on-site project
• Ensure all HSE Program contractors are implemented as well during the project on-site
• Monitor all activity to follow the company role and implement as well
• Advice and supported team management
• Advised contractor to ensure the HSE program incentive is implemented in on-site operations.
• Review all safety risk assessments and Job Safety analyses (JRA, JSA)
• Making sure that all workers know the location of the muster station.
• Keep monitoring daily and record the number of temperatures
• Carrying out safety inspections and safety walkabouts
• Arranging for the removal of hazardous waste and materials.
• Carrying out area safety inspections.
• Maintaining accurate administrative records of any emergency drills carried out.
• Maintaining statistical records of all reported incidents and accidents.
• Promote HSE recognition and awareness to all employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Carry out inspection, scaffolding erection, and dismantling at the work site (join inspection with the Supervisor scaffolder)
• Conduct HSE Induction to personnel at the barge project
• Manage PTW (HOT work and Cold work) all activities between the project to OIM operation (SIMOPS activity)
• Advice to CTR to keep conducting drill exercises as referred to the HSE Plan.
• Implementation of HSE Audit Management System
• PTW review and check implementation in the field and PTW Audit
