  1. As a Director of Finance and Operations (Accounting, Procurement, IT/ERP, HRGA Legal Compliance), my role are 
  • as business partner to the owner, build a good business acumen by focusing on the core business, understanding of the consequences of business decisions, problem solving, and recognizing the stakeholder needs. 
  • Lead and manage all aspects of financial analysis and planning, including the Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet statements.  
  • Provide financial leadership and strategic planning, including long-term strategic development and short-term tactical planning to ensure growth and financial success for the business. 
  • Lead financial analysis, providing business insights in the processes like target costs, cost monitoring, investment analysis, and sourcing studies. 
  • Establish and communicate internal controls and ensure high integrity financial reporting 
  • Develop the best team through coaching, training & development, and career planning.
  • Collaborate with other divisions and build the long-term mutual partnership to customers.

2. As a Finance Director/Financial Controller, my role are: 

  • Lead the finance and accounting function. 
  • Support the Management and all stakeholders on all business reviews. 
  • Manage with finance team for the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process.
  • Generate reports & analysis to assist the Management’s decision making.
  • Synergize all resources to support all division’s needs in delivering quality services to the stakeholders.
  • Manage the banking relationship, cash management and the treasury activities. 
  • Manage and develop the 3rd parties relationships
  • Ensure compliance with financial processes, systems, and policies.

3. Director of Administration and Student Affairs, my role are:

  • Direct and develop academic operations, general administrative, facility management to meet the faculty objectives and goals, and the student affairs area (admission, scholarship, counseling, stakeholder's activities). 
  • Synergize all resources from all departments and faculties (units) to support facultys needs in delivering quality services to the stakeholders. 
  • Improve and innovate the processes, procedure, and services to enhance quality services to stakeholders in the most efficient and effective way. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Recruitment to enhance qualified student intake. 
  • Collaborate with other unit functions to ensure quality services and resolve faculty needs and issues.
  • Academic Support and Administrative Management by doing the design, develop, implement, and improve policies, procedure and programs that help to improve academic operation and administrative services. 
  • Establish a credible quality assurance process to involve major stakeholders to balance academic standards with regulatory bodies. 
  • Provide supportive services for all educational programs, Faculty development programs, administrative structures, and staff. 
  • Provide high quality administrative services (good governance) to support interdepartmental programs and activities. 
  • Financial Management by collaborating with Finance Division to establish an annual budget of OPEX and CAPEX. 
  • Monitor and communicate to the user regarding the budget including preparing forecasts and control of expenditures.
