I have twenty eight years experiences in QA and Plant Management, with proven records of achieving highest standard of quality and social requirement related to the plant qualification and has a track record of developing future leaders, Passionate in developing people. Experienced in transforming company systems from traditional companies to MNC.

My skill and experience is in the Quality Management System, Quality Control, Audit, Research & Development of Packaging. Experienced to set up and to implement the Quality System and QA standards such as GMP, HACCP, ISO9001, ISO22000 FSMS, FSSC22000, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Halal Assurance System, Costco Audit , BRC System, Forest Management System : FSC : CoC & PEFC and experienced to ensure the successfully of the implementation of those systems. I am experience to conduct the Social Compliance Audit : SWA, WCA, URSA & SMETA/SEDEX, Eco Vadis and also buyer/customer audit as per each of requirements. I also experience to handle, Manage and monitoring of activities regulatory officer in the registration of product to BPOM (Indonesian Food and Drug Authority). Certified as FSSC22000 lead auditor and have experience as Management Representative, ISO Leader and Food Safety Team Leader.

I adhere to principle of continuous improvement and team work to achieve best result in company objectives. I also experienced as a leader in various project such as Operator Mandiri Project to reduce amount of head count and project saving cost of packaging material. 

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Technology, and Master's Degree of Industrial Engineering with graduation honor high distinction (cum laude).

I am capable and having very good experience to set up and ensure the successfully implementation of the ISO System : ISO9001:2015; ISO22000:2018; ISO14001:2018; ISO45000:2018; FSSC22000; HACCP System. Forest Management System (FSC:CoC and PEFC) and Social Compliance Requirement : WCA, SWA, URSA, SMETA/SEDEX, Eco Vadis and other buyer requirements in the various industries :Food Manufacturer, FMCG, Packaging Industries Paper and Flexibles Film.
