During my tenure, I spearheaded recruitment efforts, identifying and onboarding in IAAS for over 300 candidates and 20 candidates of Association of Agribusiness. I also co-developed a robust performance management program through training, coaching, and even creating opportunities for them to shine in competitions such as Major Competition. In addition to my professional experience as a Distribution Development Specialist at Nutrifood, I have expertise in analyzing stock and sales data to ensure efficient procurement. I also leveraged my project management expertise to assist all Working Operation Units at Bank Danamon in streamlining new improvement systems.

I was educated at IPB University, Bogor by taking Major/Department Agribusiness. I have completed my education in 2022 with a GPA score of 3.47 out of 4.00.
