I am a bachelor of educational technology graduate from State University of Jakarta. I have
learned about human resource development through learning during college. I have
experience in end-to-end training program development and training module development for
more than 2 years. Has work experience at PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) as a learning and
development intern. Then also worked as an instructional designer at PT Sreeya Sewu
Indonesia, Tbk. Then became a learning and development specialist intern at PT Amartha
Mikro Fintek. Currently a learning designer at Vokraf. Passionate about creating quality
learning to enhance people's capabilities.

    • Develop a Training Curriculum for Prakerja program based on analysis of trainee
    characteristics and current Industry needs
    • Develop training materials and training media in collaboration with subject-matter experts
    to adjust the relevance of the materials to the learning needs of the participants.
    • Develop training evaluation instruments for both formative evaluation such as formative
    test questions and trainee practical assignments.
    • Develop interactivity within webinar training sessions to enhance the trainee learning
    experience.
    • Analyze the level of interactivity and learning outcomes of trainees to evaluate the
    implementation of the training program.
    • Improve the training curriculum structure that has been running in the previous period to
    adjust to the provisions of the Prakerja Program and current conditions.
    • Standardize the implementation of Prakerja’s training webinar classes to ensure training
    sessions run according to the curriculum.
    • Standardize the mechanism for assessing participants' learning outcomes for trainers and
    standardize constructive feedback for trainees.
