This is Albinbensam Yesudhas. I am an experienced Heavy Lifting Engineer with LEEA certified Appointed person for lifting.Now, I am being working as an offshore methods engineer (Heavy lifting) for Saipem offshore fabrication Yard, Indonesia. My overall Saipem experience is 8.5 (eight and a half). 6.5 years of experience in ERSAI Yard and 2 years of experience in Saipem offshore fabrication yard in Indonesia are included in the eight and a half years of experience.During these years, I am being doing the heavy lifting and SPMT transportation activities with load-out. Just a few months back, I finished the two (2) OSS Jackets for the NnG windfarm project, The weight of the jacket is 1750 t and now I have almost finished (98%) the NnG wind form WTG Jacket for upending and SPMT transportation. From ERSAI, I prepared the document and design for 75 PAR, about 15 PAU for SPMT & SPT transportation, load-out of the Pipe racks for TCO project in Kazakhstan. I had assist to prepare to lift BAUTION barge from Caspian Sea to ERSAI Jetty and assist to prepare the SPMT transportation of 1450t Drill floor (SATTI). I have best experience of execution, designing the lifting & rigging, and have best experience to design the lifting aids like lifting padeyes, Spreader bar, etc.., moreover, I use to attend the HSE Workshop prior to starting all the heavy lifting activities.
