CTO (Chief Technical Officer)

A senior executive responsible for overseeing an organization's technological needs, strategies, and development.


Reporting directly to the CEO or another top-level executive, the CTO plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's technology vision, roadmap, and innovation initiatives.


The CTO collaborates closely with other C-suite members, department heads, and technology teams to drive technological advancements that align with the organization's business objectives.

Requirement

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in IT related education
  • Strong knowledge in IT banking/finance
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to team management
  • Advanced knowledge about IT business & strategy
  • Strong awareness on IT Risk and Compliance
  • Experience in same position at least 2 years (General Manager)
  • Any gender
  • English skills is a must

Pay:
From Rp70,000,000 per month


Experience:


  • GM IT: 3 years (preferred)
