Job Descriptions:


  • HRBP Officer is independently responsible for developing and implementing HR programs, procedures, and policies; both in employee development process and performance management system. They also responsible for providing the latest information and advice to the user manager and BOD regarding to employee development issues.
  • Detail job desc:
  • Create employee career path and career development plan as reference for The Management in succession management
  • Identify, conduct, and analyze the employee performance management process and providing advice to BOD; give advice to user manager regarding employee development based on performance result; provide advice on the development of attractive and competitive reward system in accordance with company's condition and achievement
  • Analyze and provide advice regarding to organizational development
  • Maintain and update organizational structure on HR Application System according to changes (if any) or advise based on development
  • Act as assessor in assessment program, including in integration and reporting phase. Provide feedback and collaborate with user manager in creating employee development plan after assessment
  • Monitor headcount fulfilment based on Man Power Plan, in collaboration with recruitment team. Informing The Management regarding to employee fulfillment and turn over ratio
  • Create new or revise existing job description and calculate job value for the position. Informed related party regarding the changes or creation of new position and its position class

Job Requirements:


  • Min. bachelor degree, preferably from Psychology
  • 34 experience in various HR area
  • Has knowledge in recruitment and assessment, including psychological test and assessment, interview technique (CBI) and observation
  • Deep knowledge in performance management system and organizational development
  • Able to speak business English
  • Has knowledge in computer basic program (e.g. MS Office) and analytical tools
