- Lead the on-site technical supervision of all surveying, geotechnical investigation (drilling, sampling, testing), hydrological studies, and environmental impact assessments.
- Review and critically analyze technical reports, design drafts, and data collected by consultants and contractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and international engineering standards.
- Identify potential technical risks and engineering challenges early in the process and propose preliminary mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all site activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with permits and regulations.
- Organize and conduct regular site inspections and technical progress meetings.
- Provide expert input from a civil and electrical engineering perspective into the conceptual design and feasibility studies.
- Maintain meticulous technical records, site logs, and detailed progress reports on investigation activities.
- Prepare and present clear, concise technical summaries to senior management regarding the status, findings, and recommendations of the current phase.
- Be willing and able to travel frequently to the remote project site and commit to potential extended site stays of up to 2–3 months at a time, based on project needs.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Professional Engineering (PE) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.

- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Technical Lead in the conceptualization, design, and construction/implementation of renewable energy power plants (e.g., Solar, Wind, Geothermal, Biomass, or Hydropower).
- Demonstrated strong technical understanding of both Civil and Electrical Engineering principles relevant to power plant infrastructure (e.g., dam/intake structures, powerhouses, transmission lines, switchyards).
- Direct experience working on the Survey and Investigation Phase of a hydropower project is a significant advantage.
- Prior experience with dam safety, hydrological modeling, or large-scale civil works in challenging terrain is a strong plus.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory, both written and verbal, for effective communication with local teams, government bodies, and international management. Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a distinct advantage.
- Highly driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to risk management.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage and guide multi-disciplinary teams.
