    Job Description
    What you can expect
    • Input accrual into ROCS as soon as the file opened by Ocean Export Team Leader.
    • Follow up and monitoring with PEB Officer for creating PEB until get NPE in case Rhenus is handling the customs clearance.
    • Issue shipping order in FMS and sent to Co-Loader / Shipping Line in order to obtain Master-B/L from them (Final Data to Shipping line/co-loader).
    • Receive shipping/document instructions from shipper and issue Rhenus H-B/L or MBL (in case direct master shipment) accordingly to check with shipper.
    • Ensure compliance of documents with domestic and international regulations.
    • Release Rhenus Logistics House-B/L to shipper after payment of local charges (if any) is received.
    • Enter costing accurately and timely into FMS for job-control.
    • Issue billings (invoice, credit note, debit note, etc) to customers and agents at destination according to handling instructions and incoterms.
    • Issue AP invoice for any charges from vendor.
    • Ensure that Jobs are closed prior to deadline as set by Accounting Department.
    • Present closed job-files to Air & Ocean Manager for final review prior to sending files to Archive.
    • Report any job-related problems, complaints to Superior.

    What you bring

    • Able to operate under pressure.
    • Able to operate PC and have a good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
    • Can communicate English and Bahasa both spoken and written effectively.
    • Capable of handling and dealing with different level people.

    Must be organized.
