    Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored solutions
    • Proactively identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to grow the client's portfolio
    • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Wealth Management and Investment Advisory, to deliver comprehensive financial services
    • Ensure exceptional client service and address any queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
    • Contribute to the achievement of team and individual sales targets
    • Stay updated on market trends, products, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients

    Requirements

    • Have experience in a client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
    • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions
    • Proficient in using financial analysis tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
    • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining high standards of professionalism
