Area Operation Manager - Surabaya, East Java

Responsibilities:
- Managing the store team: Supervising employees, providing feedback, and training staff in the assigned area (Team Leaders, Beauty Advisors, Cashiers, and Stockers)
- Overseeing and ensuring all store operational processes run smoothly and in accordance with company standards
- Monitoring operational budgets, implementing cost‑saving measures, and mitigating operational risks
- Preparing and analyzing sales reports, inventory data, and missing-item findings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- 5+ years of experience in beauty retail, with global brand exposure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good in analytical data, communication skills, negotiation skills and logical thinking
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
