    IT Architect - Entra IGA/ENTRA ID

    6 Month Contract + Potential Extensions

    Fully Remote In Poland

    Role Overview:

    We are supporting a global enterprise embarking on a large-scale, multi-country Identity and Access Management (IAM) transformation impacting more than 80,000 users. We are seeking an experienced IT Architect to lead the technical design and integration of modern IAM solutions using Microsoft Entra IGA and Entra ID.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead technical architecture and design for IAM solutions based on Microsoft Entra IGA and Entra ID
    • Define integration patterns with HR systems, applications, and cloud platforms
    • Ensure alignment with corporate security policies and regulatory requirements
    • Provide technical leadership during implementation and migration phases
    • Collaborate with global stakeholders to align architecture with business needs
    • Produce architecture documentation, standards, and best practices
    • Support risk assessments and advise on identity governance security controls

    Required Experience & Skills

    • 4+ years' experience as an IT Architect on large-scale IAM initiatives
    • Strong commercial experience with Microsoft Entra IGA & Entra ID (Azure AD)
    • Deep understanding of Identity Governance, RBAC, and PAM
    • Experience with multi-country deployments and complex enterprises
    • Knowledge of SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and cloud identity models
    • Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, SCIM, and related protocols
    • Fluent English

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with Microsoft Defender, Purview
    • Knowledge of GDPR, ISO 27001
    • Automation / scripting exposure for IAM processes
