Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial strategy, reporting, and operational finance across our real estate development projects. This role will play a key part in budgeting, cash flow management, project cost tracking, and ensuring financial discipline as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Manage project-based financial tracking for real estate developments
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variance analysis
- Oversee cash flow management and ensure sufficient liquidity across projects
- Monitor project costs, margins, and ROI performance
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Manage accounting operations including AP/AR oversight
- Work closely with leadership to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external tax advisors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of finance/accounting experience (real estate or project-based business preferred)
- Strong experience using Xero or QuickBooks (required)
- Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, forecasting, reporting)
- Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and cash flow management
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Preferred
- Experience in real estate development or construction finance
- CPA, CMA, or other relevant certification
- Experience working in a fast-growing or entrepreneurial environment
