    Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company with a core focus on building materials products. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 8 years' experience in sales and business development in a multinational company for the job of Key Account Executive. The job is based in Cileungsi, Bogor, Indonesia.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and support sales activities for building material products in the Jabodetabek and West Java regions.
    • Understand and meet the specific requirements and needs of our valued distributors and partners.
    • Build and nurture enduring relationships with our distributors and partners.
    • Articulate the value proposition of our products and services, demonstrating how they excel in quality, affordability, and timely delivery.
    • Exceed the sales targets set by the company, driving growth and profitability.
    • Provide pre-sales technical guidance, deliver product education, and offer post-sales support services.
    • Contribute to marketing efforts by actively participating in trade shows, conferences, and marketing events.
    • Deliver compelling technical presentations, showcasing how our products align with our clients' needs.


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree majoring in Technical Engineering, with a strong preference for those in Civil or Architecture.
    • Minimum 8 years of successful sales experience in the building materials or related industry.
    • Possession of a valid Driving License (SIM A).
    • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in delivering engaging presentations.
    • Willingness to travel beyond the Jabodetabek area.
    • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
