    Deskripsi

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective learning strategies tailored to meet the business needs.
    • Deliver engaging learning sessions to store teams. Utilize a blend of training methods, including face-to-face, online modules, and workshops.
    • Work closely with department heads and store management teams to conduct training needs analysis and identify skill gaps. Design customized learning plans to address these gaps.
    • Create, update, and curate training materials, ensuring that they reflect current trends in fashion, footwear, and customer service excellence.
    • Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs. Use feedback and data to make continuous improvements to the learning offerings.
    • Provide ongoing support and coaching to managers and team members to ensure learning retention and on-the-job application of skills.
    • Maintain records of all learning activities, track progress, and generate reports on learning outcomes and development milestones.


    Requirements

    • :Bachelor's degree in any major with minimum GPA 3.0
    • 0At least 2 year of experience in learning and development, with a focus on Fashion Retail or Gadget Retail industry
    • .Previous experience in a supervisory role or managing a team is highly preferred
    • .Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is a plus
    • .Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
    • .Ability to design and deliver training programs that align with business needs and organizational goals
    • .Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
    • .Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal) is required
