Analyzing plans bills of quantities and other project documentation to estimate costs researching sourcing negotiating and obtaining best prices quotes from suppliers subcontractors analyzing data affecting costs such as currency exchange rates company productivity rates assessing financial technical operational risks of project visiting project sites to gather information staying aware latest construction technologies keeping up date latest regulatory legislative requirements inputting into decisions over whether to bid for project working closely key members of project team such as bid manager liaising with clients suppliers keeping detailed records writing reports.Deskripsi pekerjaan
