- Plan key quarterly and monthly campaigns (card issuance, QR activation, first transaction, repeat usage)
- Develop campaign themes, user value propositions, gameplay mechanics, and communication cadence
- Translate regional insights into more effective campaign themes and content directions
- Design campaign mechanics: tasks, thresholds, reward structures, segmentation, frequency control, and anti-abuse principles (aligned with the growth team)
- Design in-app activation journeys: entry points, task flows, push notifications, pop-ups, in-app messaging touchpoints, and educational content
- Drive key funnel optimization and experimental iterations (A/B testing, segmentation, copy/flow testing, etc.)
- Develop replicable "campaign packages": execution SOPs, asset requirement lists, regional localization guidelines, and post-campaign review templates
- Support regional PMMs and regional teams in fast execution by providing templates, timelines, and review frameworks
- Monitor core metrics: new users, card issuance, QR activation, CAC, first transaction rate, effective conversion rate, and fraud signals
- Conduct weekly reviews: summarize effective practices, identify bottlenecks, and drive iteration on mechanics, touchpoints, and creative assets
- Collaborate with the growth team on budget and settlement, attribution methodology, and continuous anti-fraud optimization
- 3–6+ years of experience in growth operations, campaign operations, lifecycle marketing, or growth-focused product marketing
- Proven end-to-end campaign ownership experience: from planning → launch → data review → iteration
- Strong creative campaign capability: able to translate product value into campaign themes and mechanics that users are willing to participate in
- Strong growth mechanics capability: understands funnel logic, able to design simple experiments and conduct data analysis (SQL not required, but must be able to read dashboards and propose hypotheses)
- Strong project execution skills: able to align and collaborate across regional teams, growth teams, product, and design
- Fluent in English for professional communication (multi-region collaboration)

What we're looking for
We are looking for an Operations Campaign Product Marketing Manager who combines a growth mindset with operational creativity. This role will be responsible for platform-level growth campaigns and in-app activation for PayFi products (crypto card, QR Pay, etc.). You will design scalable campaign mechanics and engagement cadence, develop reusable cross-regional "campaign packages," and collaborate with PMM, regional teams, and the growth team to drive new user acquisition, activation, and first transactions.

-将区域洞察转化为更有效的战役主题与内容方向
2) 机制与激活路径
-设计活动机制:任务/门槛/奖励结构、分层、频控、防薅原则(与增长团队对齐)
-设计站内激活链路:入口、任务流、Push/弹窗/消息触达、教育内容
-推动关键漏斗优化与实验迭代(A/B、分群、文案/路径测试等)
3) 战役包沉淀与跨区域复制
-输出可复制"战役包":执行SOP、素材需求清单、区域本地化指南、复盘模板
-支持区域 PMM/区域团队快速落地:给模板、给节奏、给复盘框架
4) 复盘与迭代
-监控核心指标:新增/开卡/扫码激活、CAC、首单率、有效率、作弊信号
-每周复盘:总结有效做法、识别瓶颈、推动机制/触达/素材迭代
-与增长团队联动:预算与结算、归因口径、反作弊策略持续优化
