Job summary
Create daily and monthly visit plans covering all salon in the area in order to provide data in making visit schedules and determining steps to achieve the set targets Implements effective coaching and development of direct-report associates Meets assigned team quotas for sales profits and strategic objectives Achieves the objectives defined by company management Fostering good relations with internal and external parties customers to improve the quality of coordination Carry out sales strategies and activities offer programs monitor discount according to the applicable sales & discount policies to achieve targets increase sales Monitoring Effective call coverage achievement of customers whose transactions are in accordance with target on master list for even coverage Accountable thorough implementation customers related initiatives among sales personnel managed Manages aspects running efficient sales team including hiring supervising coaching disciplining motivating direct report sales associatesRequirements
- Bachelors degree any major.
- Minimum years related experience marketing commercial environment Key Account Pharma Ethical Product OTC Product aesthetic industry.
