- Handle and manage Ruangguru B2B databases, including package creation and activation processes
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data related to B2B account activation and package distribution.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to support end-to-end B2B operational processes and ensure smooth execution.
- Perform routine data validation and operational checks to minimize errors and operational risks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from any field of study.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets; experience with basic formulas and data processing is a strong plus
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
