    Overview of the Role

    The Talent Acquisition Senior Auditor will ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of recruitment audits. You'll handle complex and high-impact cases, review junior auditors' work, and help align evaluation criteria across the team, driving continuous improvement in hiring processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Executing complex, sensitive, and high-impact audits.

    - Supervising and reviewing Junior Auditors' evaluations.

    - Leading calibration calls and standardizing criteria across the audit team.

    Requirements:

    - Experience: 5+ years in Quality Assurance roles

    - Audit Expertise: Proven experience auditing complex and high-impact roles, including senior profiles, closers, and specialized positions

    - Leadership: Hands-on experience supervising and calibrating Junior Auditors to ensure consistency and accuracy across evaluations

    - Language: Advanced proficiency in English

    Desirable Skills:

    - Talent Acquisition: Experience in recruitment processes

    - Process Management: Experience with high-volume recruitment

    - Technical Skills: Data analysis and SQL experience
