    L Beauty is a joint venture between LVMH Fragrances & Cosmetics and LUXASIA for the distribution and business development of some of its Beauty brands in South East Asia. The portfolio of L Beauty comprises of Benefit Cosmetics, MAKE UP FOR EVER, Fresh and Parfums Christian Dior.

    Job Summary

    The Retail Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily store operations, ensuring sales targets are achieved, service standards are upheld, and Beauty Advisors are fully trained in product knowledge, brow waxing services, and in-store service delivery.

    Job Description

    Store Operations
    • Ensure the store is ready for operation (proper display, sufficient stock, cleanliness maintained)
    • Conduct daily checklists and ensure all store SOPs are implemented
    • Arrange work schedules for staff (shifts, leave, overtime)

    Sales & Targets
    • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly store sales performance
    • Drive the team to achieve or exceed sales targets

    Leadership & People Development
    • Supervise, guide, and motivate Beauty Advisor
    • Provide product, brow waxing service, and SOP training to Beauty Advisor
    • Conduct performance evaluations, including coaching & counseling

    Reporting & Administration
    • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
    • Report operational issues to the Head Office
    • Ensure all requirements supporting sales and service are available

    Requirements
    • Minimum education: High School/Vocational School; Diploma/Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • Preferably 3 years' experience as Area/ Retail Supervisor
    • Sales-driven, analytical mindset, able to work in fast retail pace
    • Competent at make-up application
    • Confident in teaching and overseeing brow waxing service standards
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • Beauty Therapy qualification or an understanding of the Beauty Services Industry with a commitment to embrace, learn and perfect the Benefit waxing technique
    • Willing to travel frequently for store visits
    • Flexibility regarding work hours; ability to work in shifts (if need be), weekends, and some holidays
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS Systems
