Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets in their designated area. They will foster strong relationships with store owners and personnel, ensuring the smooth execution of programs and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with merchants and store personnel to ensure effective program implementation.
• Monitor daily activities and provide guidance to Sales Promoters to optimize results.
• Conduct regular training sessions for Sales Promoters to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Coordinate with operational teams to obtain valuable insights on sales, competitors, and field issues.
• Ensure proper placement and promotion of POP materials in stores.

Requirements

• Senior High School or Diploma in any field is a minimum requirement.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related field is necessary for this position.
• Strong leadership and team management skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and marketing skills, particularly with social media, are required.
• Familiarity with MS Office and Excel is preferred.
• Able to work flexible shifts as needed.
