    Your Impact
    • Strengthen regional accounting performance across markets.
    • Ensure consistent, timely, and compliant PMI reporting.
    • Drive process harmonization and stakeholder satisfaction.
    • Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Collaborate with PMI finance teams to deliver results.
    • Resolve audit and management reporting issues.

    What You Bring
    • 5+ years of accounting or financial governance experience.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
    • Ability to work across multicultural teams.
    • Experience in transformation or process improvement is a plus.
