Mekari is Indonesia's no. 1 Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company.Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end product renewal and expansion to existing clients in Mekari product
- Work closely with internal team to create and execute marketing campaigns to boost product expansion & renewal
- Conduct product demonstrations to existing clients if necessary
- Continually gather feedback from our clients, then work directly with our product team to provide input on the product roadmap
- Handle administrative duties e.g. the renewal emails, quotations, invoices, and weekly report
