Job Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of designing, developing, and optimizing backend system architecture with high availability, scalability and performance
• Participate in system requirement analysis and lead team members to drive end-to-end delivery from analysis to production release.
• Continuously improve system performance, stability, and security to enhance development quality and efficiency.
• Contribute to code and architecture reviews, and participate in building frameworks for service governance, monitoring, and system refactoring.
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues and system bottlenecks.
• Stay up to date with cutting-edge technologies and promote their adoption and innovation within the team.

Skills and Experience required

• 5+ years of backend development experience with a strong focus on Java, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Proven experience in designing and developing large-scale, distributed backend systems and services.
• Effective communication skills in English
• Deep experience with the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., Redis, MongoDB).
• Proficient in common system components, including message queues, configuration centers, scheduling systems, and other backend infrastructure.
• Familiar with microservices architecture and cloud-native technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including crypto, wallets, and blockchain systems.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments and working with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to delivering high-quality software.
• Proficient in Chinese & English for daily communication and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Compliance systems, CRM platforms or KYB/KYC solutions.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems or zero-trust solutions.
• Familiarity with Web3, blockchain, digital asset, wallet or smart contract technologies.
• Experience with tech infrastructure, monitoring or overall system security — particularly in blockchain security.
