Job Description

PT Otto Media Grup is a fast-growing media and digital marketing company with strong exposure to technology, AI-driven solutions, and digital innovation. We are looking for a Curriculum Developer / Specialist who is passionate about education, technology, and AI, and capable of delivering impactful learning experiences.

This role is responsible for designing, developing, and continuously improving curriculum and learning materials related to AI, technology, digital media, and business innovation. The ideal candidate is confident in public speaking, presentable, and able to translate complex concepts into engaging and practical learning content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop structured curriculum, modules, and learning frameworks related to AI, technology, digital marketing, and innovation
• Create engaging learning materials including presentations, guides, case studies, and training handbooks
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, or presentations to internal teams, clients, or external audiences
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align curriculum with business goals and industry trends
• Research and stay updated on the latest developments in AI, technology, and digital ecosystems
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve curriculum quality
• Act as a subject-matter presenter or speaker when required for events, trainings, or programs

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Curriculum Developer, Curriculum Specialist, Trainer, Educator, or similar role
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills; confident speaking in front of an audience
• Good personal appearance and professional presence (good looking & presentable)
• Strong understanding of AI, technology, digital trends, or tech-enabled business models
• Able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and practical learning materials
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Experience in media, digital marketing, education, training, or technology industry is a strong advantage
• Creative, structured, and detail-oriented
• Willing to work from office (WFO) and attend sessions/events if required
